We are glad to share a wonderful factory visit story with you. Recently, our valued customer from Southeast Asia came to China for an on-site inspection of our paper processing machinery production base.
Face-to-face factory communication is always the most important part for international machinery cooperation. Buying industrial paper machines is a big investment, every wise buyer wants to see the real production workshop, check machine assembly quality, test machine running performance and talk about technical parameters with our engineers in person.
When our customer arrived at our factory, our sales and technical team warmly received them. We walked through the whole production workshop together. Our workshop is equipped with complete production and assembling lines for tissue paper making machine, paper slitter rewinder machine and related paper converting equipment. The customer carefully observed every assembling procedure of the paper machine, checked raw material parts, inquired about machine working speed, power consumption, after-sales service and installation guidance for their local factory project.
During the discussion, our professional engineers explained the machine structure, production capacity and customized options according to the customer’s actual factory requirement. The customer raised many practical questions about paper roll production, and our team gave detailed answers on the spot. They were satisfied with our workshop management and product workmanship.
After checking the machines in factory, we arranged a cultural trip for our customer. We visited Shaolin Temple together, the world-famous cultural landmark in Henan China. It was a great chance to deepen our mutual understanding beyond business. We talked about culture, daily life and future long-term cooperation plan in a relaxing atmosphere. Good business always builds on trust and good communication.
